Thanks to Viklit for Celebrating the Small Things Blog Hop.
The weather in Buffalo is not to be celebrated, at least not yet. I'm kind of moody right now, and hoping for clear sunshine for more than a day.
Although, as I'm writing this post, I'm outside on my patio enjoying a sunny, warm day. (I'm such a cry baby) Maybe the tide of summer is finally heralding our way!
This week I took Murphy Jack Applesauce for a play date with Indy. I think Murphy is smitten.
Can you tell which one is Murphy?
Also, I'm delighted to have a flash fiction story accepted by Stephen L. Wilson for the book, Twist of Fate. It is an anthology to benefit the victims of the Oklahoma tornadoes. All proceeds are donated to charity. Please check out the sight and help these poor people overcome their tragedies.
What did you celebrate this week?
The dogs are beautiful! Congratulations on your flash fiction story being accepted. You're very good at flash fiction I always enjoy all your stories. It's a wonderful cause too.

Thanks Meredith, I think it worked. Yesterday and today it's been beautiful and sunny!
DeleteWhat a lovely picture of the dogs!
ReplyDeleteThank you VikLit!
DeleteSeems the strange weather is happening all over the world. Here in the Midlands of England we keep getting flashes of summer, then it goes cold again. So far today (it's 8.50 am) it hasn't made up its mind: the sky is half blue, half cloud; it's warm in the sun but chilly in the shade; and it's windy. What's a girl to wear!
ReplyDeleteIt's weird, the weather I mean. So far, 2 days in a row, beautiful weather!!!! YAY!
