#IWSG @TheIWSG #writerslife #writingcommunity

Let’s rock the neurotic writing world!

Our Twitter is @TheIWSG and hashtag #IWSG.

Every month, we announce a question that members can answer in their IWSG Day post. These questions may prompt you to share advice, insight, a personal experience or story. Include your answer to the question in your IWSG post or let it inspire your post if you are struggling with something to say. Remember, the question is optional!!

October 7 question - Many people are calling for writers who use AI to disclose it. Most who employ ghostwriters do not admit it - do you think authors who use ghostwriters should have to disclose that, too? (Thanks Melissa Maygrove for the question!)

I believe many famous, and possibly not so famous author's have been hiring ghost writers for ages. I due feel ghostwriter's should receive acclaim. Possibly a byline with the ghost writer's name, giving him or her credit.

I have an terrible dislike for a writer who would publish an AI written book. To me, it feels like underhanded cheating, big time! It takes away the personal creativity of a hard working writer. AI books should not be allowed whatsoever.

In fact AI scares me. With AI technology, a person can't tell if a picture or a scene is real or fake AI.
