#CelebrateTheSmallThings

I have to say~ I love this Blog Hop! It's fast, simple, and easy. Whether it's a long or short post it helps me to mentally go over my week, which tends to fly by.

Now, hop over to Lexa Cain's and join in this fun weekly Celebration. Lexa's wonderful co-hosts are:
L.G. Keltner @ Writing Off The Edge
Tonja Drecker @ Kidbits Blog

This week we almost said goodbye to my old dog, Otis. But ~ Otis told me he just isn't ready to leave my side. My hubby and I agreed to take it day by day. I realize Otis's time here is ticking rather quickly, for now he's remaining comfortable.

Winter has finally hit Buffalo. But I can't complain after last years debacle. I always liked the snow, but not 4-7 feet of it!!
Picture from last year.
Yesterday, I took our grandson for a sled ride down the street and then put him to work shoveling the driveway. Actually, the driveway was plowed, but he enjoyed his toy shovel.

We're attending a Wedding on Saturday and I plan on dancing all night!

Have a Wonderful Weekend.

  4. I envy your snow, although I wouldn't want seven feet of it either!

  5. I"m glad Otis wants to stay a little longer. That's a lot of snow to sled through! My goodness. My husband went to college in Buffalo briefly but he didn't care for the weather. Big change when he went from there to FL.Happy weekend, Cathrina!

  12. So sorry to hear about, Otis. That would be heartbreaking.

And I just love your snow. We don't get any of that in Sydney.

  15. A blanket of snow would be nice here. It's so pretty. But it paralyzes our city, so only short-term snow, hopefully! So sorry about Otis. Our little furry friends are only with us for a short time, but they bring so much to our lives.
