#CelebrateTheSmallThings

 I know I've been complaining about the rainy weather, but now Buffalo's been blistering hot. Temps hitting the 90's. At least I feel like summer has arrived.

 All my books, the Wickedly Series, and Tallas are getting a new home. Over the next 7 months, they'll be re-released through Crushing Hearts & Black Butterfly. 

 And it's perfect timing for an overhaul. I hope my writing has somewhat improved and I've been re-editing each book. Phew! It's a long process.  
Last weekend was wonderful spending time with my son and his new bride in PA. I went kayaking for the first time and loved it. 

 I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. What are you celebrating?

    I'm working on editing a book right now, so I share your frustration. Good luck with the new publisher. I am currently self-publishing, and not too sure where to go from here.

    Good luck with the new publisher. And the rewrite, or re-edit. It's interesting that you can do that. I have in mind re-editing a previously published book. Your post is a nice reminder that it can be done.

    Glad you had fun kayaking. We've talked about going sometime, but we haven't gotten around to it.

    It's been rainy and 90 here, too. Congrats on the re-release of your books! Exciting to have them fresh and new. Sounds like you had a great time with your family. I've only done a little kayaking, but what I did was fun. Have a great week!

    Has it been hot for you, too?
    The last couple weeks were pretty bad here!
    The heat's finally in control after off-and-on showers over the weekend, but man! I complain about the cold in winter, and then the heat in summer... Though if I had a choice between the two seasons, I'd still go with summer. Easier to dress lighter than bundle up against the cold.
