A to Z: Letter T

The Time Travelers Wife
by Audrey Niffenegger

The Time Traveler's Wife was published in 2003 and was adapted to film in 2009. I did not have the pleasure of reading the book or the movie.
Enjoy the Preview:

Yesterday's Trivia Answer: Henry Cavill was the last to play The Man of Steel.

  1. I saw this movie and loved it. I'd like to read the book to see if I get more clarity on the time travel aspect of it. It's a confusing concept.

  3. I tried to read the book but couldn't get through it. It was a bit confusing to me. I wanted to like it, and I thought I would love it, but I just didn't. I haven't seen the movie, but maybe I should and then maybe go back to the book.

  4. I'm like Debbie, I tried to read the book but couldn't finish it, I just didn't like it at all. I honestly thought I was the only person on earth who didn't so I was glad to read Debbie's comment! :D

  6. I have never read the book. I saw the film with my wife. It was a big reason she started watching Doctor Who with me.

  15. This is one of my favorite books, and it makes me smile that people feel very strongly one way or another but nobody ever says, "Eh, it was okay." Love it or hate it, it seems.

I also saw the movie and thought they did a pretty decent job of it, but the book is so much more complex and explains things in a way the movie can't really cover.
