Celebrate the Small Things
Hop over to Lexa Cain's and join in this fun weekly Celebration. Lexa's wonderful co-hosts are:

Tonja Drecker @ Kidbits Blog

It's been a snowy, cold week with more cold and snow on the way. But all in all it hasn't been a bad winter in Buffalo.

Along with many people, this Sunday we will be watching the SuperBowl. My pet peeve is: Why don't they play the SuperBowl on Saturday? Why on a Sunday when people have to go to work the next day. It kind of puts a damper on all our spirits.

I'm happy to report my manuscript is completely edited to the best of my knowledge, and it's off to be formatted on Monday.

What are you Celebrating?

  1. Agree with you about the Super Bowl. I luv Elmo. I still have my old Tickle Me Elmo.

  2. That's a good question. I assume it's on Sunday because that's been the traditional day for football since the beginning. Too bad President's Day isn't sooner, then we would have Monday off.

  3. Congrats on finishing your edits! That's awesome!

Have never seen the Superbowl, so I had no idea it was a Sunday-only thing. That's a bummer for people who have to work on Mondays, for sure!

  7. Very exciting news about your manuscript Cathrina. Congratulations and best wishes for much success. Hope the superbowl is fun for you. We're not football fans so I can't say we get excited over it.:)

  8. I can remember staying up all night over here in the UK to watch the Superbowl and crawling into work the next day - that was when I was young and foolish - nowdays I'd just fall asleep whilst watching!! Have a fun weekend - Special Teaching at Pempi’s Palace

  9. Yay! Well done for getting your manuscript edited!

After a lot of thinking and even more procrastination, I've decided on which project to focus my attention – and even wrote a few words of it today. It's a start!

  10. Yay to the finished MS! The happy dance fits well :)
I wish we had more snow, but they're predicting 70 degrees for Wednesday. And I saw various flowers peeking their heads out of the ground. I so wanted Winter to hang in there longer!

  11. Congratulations and yay for finishing your MS!

It's been a cold and wet week in the UK, so I've done a lot of reading. Today I'm celebrating finger-less clothes, portable heaters, and my new desk lamp.

  14. I suppose I'm celebrating having a billion things that could bring good news at any moment...or not. I only have that many because everything that's in the pipeline has now been in the pipeline for MONTHS.
