Last weekend was wonderful with my son home. We celebrated with an Irish Dinner of Corned Beef & Cabbage. We're Irish one day a year!!!

I'm preparing for Easter and attending a
holy service on this Good Friday.
I'll be praying for our world!!!

  1. Right before I read this, I remembered today was a holiday! When you freelance, you forget about those things, I guess. Happy Easter!

  2. The way things are going, the world needs all the praying it can get. I've never had corned beef and cabbage despite living in NYC for years. I've had awesome deli corned beef sandwiches & Reubens though ('course that's Jewish and not Irish, lol!). Have a great weekend! :)

  10. I used to hate corned beef and cabbage as a kid, but I need to try it again. That looks delicious. I used to hate broccoli and now I love it.
